Script Monogram Printable Favor Box

This personalized favor box is perfect for a birthday party, bridal shower, engagement party or wedding. Choose your combination from our 72 color offerings.
You will receive a PDF file (non-alterable) suitable for printing on 8.5"x11" card stock on your own home printer, at your local quick printer or an online printing service. A watermark will not appear on your file. The finished product measures 4.5" tall, 2" wide (at base) and 2.5" at top. Simply print as many as you need onto card stock, cut out the template, score on the fold lines and glue together.
HOW TO ORDER
In the Notes portion at checkout, leave the following information
1. Box color by number (refer to the chart)
2. Personalized color by number (refer to the chart)
3. Monogram (last name is always in the middle -- please give us the monogram exactly as it should appear)
