Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper. Built on satin ribbon, twine or decorative rope with tassels that range from 18"-14" (45-35cm).
Tassels can be easily moved around so you canto create a fuller or sparse look.

If you don't want lilac garland, choose any colors from the color chart, which is listed with photos of the listing. You can have as many colors as you like.
