This Mardi Gras custom birthday banner will be a super cute way to decorate for your loved one’s big day!

This banner is made with 4x5 inch card stock flags. We used dark purple, green and yellow flags and we permanently attached the gold glitter card stock letters and fleur de lis to the flag and the tiny dark purple and green masks to the yellow flags. We strung the banner with yellow ribbon.
