DIGITAL/PRINTABLE ITEMS: Digital files and/or initial proofs are sent to your Etsy specified email address within 5 business days of purchase assuming all information is given during checkout. No physical item will be mailed to you. All printable items are for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the files. All rights remain with TSK Designs. Purchase does not transfer rights to purchaser.

PROOFS: Prior to printing a proof will be emailed to you for approval. I do not have a limit to how many revisions are allowed in regard to content – but excessive design changes may result in an additional design fee. Colors and content are ALWAYS altered for free! Please note that while I do my best to proof read the content, I cannot be responsible for any mistakes once the proof is approved by you and printing starts.

PRODUCTION TIME: Unless otherwise noted in the listing, turn around time for my products is around 3 weeks. If there are any changes in my production time due to volume of orders, a note will be placed in my shop policies page. Prior to ordering please be sure to check there. If for some reason there is a delay in your order – I will contact you immediately so we can work out the details.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee. Also, in addition to my rush order fee, your item will be shipped via Priority or Express Mail which will be another addition charge. Please contact me before ordering if you need to place a rush order.

ABOUT MY ITEMS: All of my items are original, designed and handmade by me. As with any business, I ask that my items not be sold, copied or passed off as your own
