BALLOON INFORMATION:

* Instructions to inflate the double bubble are included on the package, in addition to a link to a video you will be provided with. It would be best to find a local party store, a Dollar General, or a florist shop to inflate this balloon as it can be tricky for the first time. This is a stretchy plastic balloon, neither mylar foil or latex, but much stronger.

* Inflate Mylar pink & white candy swirls with helium if you want them to float. They can also be inflated with air but will not float.

* Home helium tanks are NOT recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air., unless you are taping to a wall and using air to inflate.

* Inflate number balloon with AIR using included straw, do not use helium. Hang by tabs or tape to a wall. Lasts for weeks and even months if treated nicely.

* All latex balloons can be inflated with helium or air.

* All balloons made by leading American professional brands of choice, far superior quality to balloons made outside of the USA.

* Balloons are going to arrive flat, you will need to inflate them.

* Do not leave balloons with children or pets who are unsupervised due to choking and suffocation hazard.

Priority shipping usually take 2-4 business days once shipped, includes insurance for loss or damage, does not guarantee date of delivery.
RUSH Priority shipping puts you at the top of the orders list, and ships by Priority mail as described above.
Express Priority shipping usually will take 1-3 days once shipped, includes RUSH which puts your order at the top of the orders list, and also includes insurance and guaranteed date of delivery by USPS.
