Here is a cute way to help celebrate a birthday party! This "Happy Birthday" garland is made from recycled cardboard, think cereal boxes, and fabric remnants. Each of the 4" hand cut letters is wrapped in adorable red, black, green and yellow fabric. A large mouse ear shape hangs between the words. Many of the letters have buttons as accent touches. Because each garland is unique, your garland will use similar fabric, but the order and combination may vary. The letters are hanging from jute string and the entire garland is about 3 feet long.
