Q. When do I tell you my choice of colors?
A. You can specify the color of your choice from my color chart into the message box during checkout when purchasing.
Q. I need my order in less than 8 business days, is that possible?
A. Please make sure to contact me first before you purchase, as I get fully booked.
Q. I messaged you on Sat/Sun and I have not heard back from you?
A. Shop Hours M-F 12 pm - 5 pm EST. All convos will be answered during these hours. I am a one woman show, so I need the weekends to rest and spend time with my 3 young children.
Q. Do you Sell Lanterns?
A. No, we do not. We only sell tissue poms.
Q. Do poms come fully fluffed?
A. No, poms come to you folded and cut, I do send instructions so you can fluff upon arrival.
Q. Can I get my poms in round petal cut ?
A. At this time I only make the poms pointy petal only.
