Orange Monster tissue paper pompom kit, inspired by "Zoe" from Sesame Street

When fully opened, this pompom is 20" wide. Because this item cannot be shipped fully assembled, it is shipped as a "kit", with simple instructions on how to "fluff" up the pompom and add the hand-cut facial features (made by me), as well as clear line for hanging.
