After many, Many, MANY requests, I have Finally added bulk party hats to match your custom birthday banner!!!

Each hat comes with a thin elastic to secure hat. If for adults, please specify in the note to seller at checkout and i will make elastic a little longer.

Can be done to match any COLORS in my shop, or your specific colors and pattern, excluding glitter and specialty banners. Contact me with your details for a quote.
