Strand of tassels to hang from balloon measure approximately 4 feet - includes 9 tassels in Azalea, Caribbean Blue, Aqua, Silver Mylar and Gold Mylar.

Balloon ships deflated. You will need to have balloon filled with helium at your local party store.

Once balloon has been inflated you'll simply tie the strand of tassels to the balloon.
