This lucky one 1st Birthday O N E banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. We use pastels and dark green card stock for both the back layer and the top layers. We used white card stock for the letters and green for the cute shamrocks at each end. We strung the banner with white grosgrain ribbon. So cute to use for photos and hang on the high chair. The word banner measures just under 18 inches.

The high chair skirt is available in 2 different sizes to fit your needs!
We used the colors of the pastel rainbow for this tutu. We used light pink, peach, light yellow, mint, light blue and light purple in both tulle and ribbon cuts. We also added a few shamrock printed ribbons to this banner. The high chair skirt is available in either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and hangs about 12 inches long. It is made of different widths and textures of ribbons and tulles. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to white ver you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too! Please note the printed ribbon may vary depending on what is available.
