Our little penguin party hat is perfect for your winter themed party! Pink chevron patterned cardstock hat is trimmed with a coordinating cardstock, pink ric rac and an adorable ruffled organza ribbon on the base. Hat seam is lined with ric rac along the back as well. Hat is topped with an adorable layered pink bow and "snowball" pink pom pom. A silver and light pink layered number one (or number of your choice) is personalized with an attached coordinating balloon and string. Balloon can read "Birthday Girl" or you can add your child's name. A "girly" penguin with coordinating silver bow and gem is ready to "waddle" on over for some fun! An adjustable coordinating elastic strap holds the hat comfortably under your little girl's chin.
