Our little penguin party hat is perfect for your winter themed party! Aqua blue chevron patterned cardstock hat is trimmed with a coordinating cardstock and ric rac trim. Hat seam is lined with ric rac along the back as well. Hat is topped with an adorable "snowball" white pom. A silver and black layered number one (or number of your choice) is personalized with an attached coordinating balloon and string. Balloon can read "Birthday Boy" or you can add your child's name. Adorable penguin with coordinating silver bow tie along the base or under the one is ready to "waddle" on over for some fun! An adjustable coordinating elastic strap holds the hat comfortably under your little guy's chin.
