ONCE ORDER IS PLACED:
Upon receiving the above information, your proof will be sent to you via an etsy convo within 4 business days. Once proof has been approved, your item will ship within 7-10 business days. A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via an etsy convo.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS OF YOUR TRAY:
Please use a non-abrasive cloth to clean your try. Otherwise scratching may occur. A damp cloth maybe used but make sure the tray is fully dry before you place the insert back.
