ITEM SPECIFICATIONS:

Our pans are made from 16 gauge, 3004 heavy-duty aluminum which heats up and cools down quickly and does not rust. The closed-bead rim helps the pan retain its shape through repeated use while the concave bottom flattens during heating for even heat distribution and consistent baking. The upturned lips and tapered design of each pan allows it to be stacked when not in use.

Please note that these trays are manufactured for restaurants and may have minor imperfections in them such as scratches. Rest assured, we do NOT send out defective or overly imperfect pans to our clients.

Pans are completely food safe! We do not use chemicals, creams, or dyes in creating the engraving. We use a laser beam to chemically alter the metal on a molecular level to create a mark that is indelible and smooth to the touch. Food will not get down into a traditional contact engraving or cause that area to make food items stick.

CARE AND CLEANING:

Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
