1. When you check out, please specify the following in the "note to seller" box:
* your wording
* any special requests (color or font changes)

2. After you checkout, I will send you an etsy message in approximately 1-2 business days with your proofs. We can tweak those proofs until they are perfect for you. We never charge extra for proofs or tweaks.

3. After you approve your proof, your product will ship within approximately 3 business days. We always send a tracking number after your order ships.
