This party hat is made of premium cardstock and ribbon. Color scheme as shown is in pinks and greens. Actual pattern/ribbon design may vary slightly due to availability but will always be in a mix of polka dots and coordinating patterns.
Hat includes both elastic and ribbon ties. You may replace the happy birthday tag with your child's name. Please leave age in buyers notes when purchasing. I can make this hat in any color scheme, for a girl or boy... Just leave request in notes or contact me for a custom listing.
