New! I love helping you celebrate and making it your best party or photo shoot ever! This hat starts with a pink polka dot background and gets oodles of my handmade crepe paper fringe topped off with a big ole' number one in the sweetest pink glitter!
I add an adorable ribbon to tie with but I can also attach elastic. I do custom matching banners, cupcake picks, highchair banner and more for a complete party. Feel free to convo me with any questions.
I make each hat to order for size etc so if you need a hat larger or smaller with a different number or have a custom idea just ask. This is my full time job and I have been making hats for clients and upscale boutiques for years now. I offer complete party packages just ask!
