I recommend printing at an office store (they charge around .70/page for card stock printing)

Simply print, cut out columns and punch with a 2 inch circle or 2 inch scallop punch (available at Michael & JoAnne's). Glue onto a 4 inch lollipop stick or toothpick for cupcake toppers.

The circles also make great favor tags and party decorations!
