Print as much as you want on white 8.5" x 11" cardstock or matte or glossy photo paper (if you are hand writing names do not use photo paper). Adobe Reader is needed to open this PDF file. Download the free software program at www.adobe.com. You can also bring to local retail printer such as: Kinkos, Office Depot, Costco, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, or Vistaprint.
