Add matching return address labels to any note card order in our shop! Your choice between 1.5"x3" rectangle labels with 30 per sheet, or 2" round labels with 40 per sheet. (This is an ADD-ON only listing, so you must place this in your cart with one of our note card listings. No extra shipping is required!) - enter the custom text for your labels in the "Add your Personalization" box. The design of the label will coordinate (same format/color/font) with the note card design in your cart (and will match any instructions you supply with your note cards.) If more than one note card design is being purchased, please specify the design to match here, as well!
