{PRINTING SUBMISSION/SHIPPING TIMES}
• After you have given the final approval on your design, your order will be submitted for printing by 10 AM (MST) the following business day.
• We will then print and ship your order to you, within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping transit times are on top of that..
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking available upon request.
Please allow for additional print/transit times during the holidays.

{IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER}
Once we have submitted your order for printing, we are unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. Please make sure to double check that the details on your design are correct PRIOR to giving your final design approval.
If changes are required, and we have already submitted the design to be printed…you will be responsible for any additional printing charges to re-print your order, additional shipping charges…as well as any editing fees charged by us.

{PRINTING ERRORS}
If you find an error with your printing order (i.e. Edges cut-off, blurry, discolored). Please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order.
You will be asked to provide a photograph showing the error in your print (this is required by the printing lab), after which we will send your order in to be reprinted free of charge.

We do not re-print orders free of charge due to design edits.
