Many of my balloon garland kits include premium “double stuffed” balloons (1 balloon inside another to create a custom colour). A handheld air pump, such as this, IS REQUIRED to blow up these double stuffed balloons; you can not blow them up by mouth.

*Please note, this pump adds air to the balloon, not helium. This will not make your balloons float. Helium is not required for a balloon garland.*
