This adorable race car party hat will sit upon his head. Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned chevron paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 was die cut and covered with glossy accents. It is then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and to a handmade medallion. A diecut and glossed name is added underneath. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
