Join us for a magical "Under the Sea" adventure with our whimsical collection inspired by the adorable rainbow fish - hand illustrated by Catherine Jane. This was a special order for a special client. This theme is perfect for a little girl's under the sea party with it's beautiful sea shades of blues, greens and purples. Scales are introduced to resemble the rainbow fish and real digital glitter for a dash of shimmer and shine. This theme would also work for a mermaid party...convo us for details...we can custom incorporate an illustrated mermaid into this collection.
