Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase & pay for the invitation of your choice from our shop. Please note your invitation size (4x6 or 5x7) and your photo preference at checkout from the menu above the add to cart button. If no size is give, the sample size of 5x7 will be used. For customers that are purchasing non-photo invites, you can send your wording at checkout also for faster service!

2. Send your exact wording & photo (if using one) to me via email. Even if you are using the sample wording, please send it so that it is on file. Feel free to use any wording that fits your needs...the sample is just to give you an idea of what can be done. For design purposes, please try to stay close to the allotted lines or be aware that font and clip sizes may be changed to fit in your wording. My email address will be stated within the message from seller within your invoice. Scroll down under the payment & address information to find this message. It is a review of our policies, but please read it.

3. I will then complete your invitation & send the full size file to you. Please check for any errors on my part & let me know right away if you see any. See our policy on revisions that are not due to my error. There are no color changes at this price point. Please contact me if you want to change colors for a reserved listing. Also, our invitation files are sent in JPG form unless you request PDF form at checkout. We can send the file as a single invite or a letter size file with 2 invite copies if you plan to print on cardstock. Just let us know if you would prefer the 8.5x11” file with 2 copies on it at checkout.

4. We also have complete printable decorations kits available with or without personalization available within our shop! We have collections to coordinate with every invitation!

When sending your photo, be sure that it is a high resolution image! I don’t need a HUGE file, but it should be at least 2000 pixels high, larger if the image will be cropped. I can't be responsible for the print quality of your photo (lighting, resolution, saturation, etc). Also, if you want any cropping or color changes (b&w, sepia, antiqued, bright, etc.) made you need to specify this with your info as well. The sample photo is just a sample…I never alter a photo without instruction from the buyer, with the exception of size change to fit in the photo space! I need to know what you are thinking, so please be sure you mention any changes that you want. Standard price does not include extensive photo editing (background removal, blurred background, blemish or object removal, etc). These edits can usually be done, but they do require an additional fee for the extra time required.

Please have the correct info & photo when you send it in to me. Feel free to take your time getting this together, but I do request that you have the correct info when you send it to me. Also, I do not make multiple proofs for choosing a photo to use. I want to keep my prices as low as possible and having to make multiple copies & revisions will drive my prices higher!!

•There are no changes to the design at this price point. If you would like any design changes (color change, clip art change, font change, etc), take a look at the FAQ section of our shop policy for pricing. •Due to the nature of our items, there are no refunds…no exceptions! Once you order & pay, the item is yours. This is stated several times, so this is not a new policy.

•These are digital items…nothing physically ships to you! Please do not order and expect a box full of items to arrive. Your items will be sent via email only unless you purchased the add on upgrade of invitation printing.

For non-photo invites, you can leave your information in the message section at checkout for faster service and be sure to state that you are not using a photo if a photo is shown in the sample…you don’t have to use a photo if one is shown in the sample, but please let me know your plans!! If you request a change of size after your initial proof is sent, there will be a $2 revision fee.

•Buyer assumes all responsibility for printing the purchase products. I do not offer printing services and printing is not included in your purchase. Also, you may choose any printing service of your choice, but I am not responsible for the finished product. I cannot oversee the printing, and therefore you assume all responsibility when the finished file is sent. Once you have approved the proof, there are no revisions without fees!! Also, if you choose a printer that requires a safe area or bleed area, you assume responsibility for this as well and I will charge a $5 design fee if you require changes to the invite design. The invites are not designed to print with a safe area, therefore if you choose this method of printing, be aware that I have not designed the invite to work with this method. This is stated in the policy & will be posted to all invite listings...please remember this is not my fault!!

You will receive an auto message from our email as soon as you pay, but check your note from shop (scroll down on invoice) for our email after you pay. If you fail to do so, you may not receive your items. We ask you to do this to save yourself the worry later! Also, please do not wait until the day before your party or after your party to ask about your items. If you failed to add us & the items didn't make it to you within the stated turn around time, the items were blocked by YOUR email. This is not our fault, so please remember to contact us ASAP if you do not notice your items after you add us to your contacts & check your spam folder.
