{WHAT to DO}

1. CHOOSE and PURCHASE this listing.

2. EMAIL ME
Invitation information (Name, Party Location, RSVP Info, and birthday year being celebrated). Please do NOT send by etsy convo. It will delay processing your order.

Include the 12 photos you'd like to use - clearly labeled by month (typically newborn through 11 months) - please don't crop the photos and send the highest resolution possible. ALL PHOTOS WILL BE CROPPED TO FIT THE TEMPLATE. I do my best to ensure that each photo is zoomed in so that there is consistency. Please try to choose photos that have the baby centered in the photo. If you have any questions about the photos, please email me before purchasing.

3. PROOF IT
Within 24 hours, I'll email the proof of the invite to the email on file with Etsy. If you have not received the proof within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

4. PRINT IT
Once the proof is approved, I will send you the high resolution pdf files.

5. IMPORTANT NOTES - READ THIS
* Includes TWO proofs to the invitation. Additional revisions to the invite can be purchased. You will not receive any proofs for the other items. They will all be sent with the final version of the invitation.
* Print all proofs prior to approving final design. SwishDesigns cannot be held responsible for color variations between what you see on your monitor and how it prints on paper.
* Once the final versions are sent, no additional changes can be made without an additional charge. Please PROOF all samples prior to approving - this includes printing them. SwishDesigns is not responsible for errors once you have approved the final designs.
* There is no charge for shipping as these are electronic files.
