This rag tie garland is made with red, white, aqua and Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat fabrics.
The garland can be tied around your highchair for a Birthday celebration, hung on the "Gifts" table at the party or used as a photo prop for your photo shoot. The hand painted burlap flag is added on so it can be removed after your party. After the party or photo shoot why not reuse this as a bedroom or nursery wall décor.
