Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase & pay for the invitation of your choice from our shop. For non-photo invites, you can leave your information in the message section at checkout for faster service and be sure to state that you are not using a photo if a photo is shown in the sample…you don’t have to use a photo if one is shown in the sample, but please let me know your plans!! You MUST specify a size format when checking out (4x6 or 5x7). If you do not specify a size, the default size of 4x6 will be used. If you request a change of size after your initial proof is sent, there will be a $2 revision fee.

2. Send your EXACT wording & photo (if using one) to me via email. Even if you plan to use the sample wording, please send it so that I have it on file. My email address will be stated within the message from seller within your invoice. Scroll down under the payment & address information to find this message. It is a review of our policies, but please read it.

3. I will then complete your invitation & send the full size file to you. Please check for any errors on my part & let me know right away if you see any. Any revisions that are not due to my error will also require a revision fee of $2.

When sending your photo, be sure that it is a high resolution image! I don’t need a HUGE file, but it should be at least 2000 pixels high, larger if the image will be cropped. I cannot be not responsible for the print quality of your photo (lighting, resolution, saturation, etc). Also, if you want any cropping or color changes (b&w, sepia, antiqued, bright, lighten, add contrast, etc.) made you need to specify this with your info as well. The sample photo is just a sample…I never alter a photo without instruction from the buyer, with the exception of size change to fit in the photo space! I need to know what you are thinking, so please don’t assume that I will automatically edit the photo to look like the sample. Standard price does not include extensive photo editing (background removal, blurred background, blemish or object removal, etc). These edits can be done, but they do require an additional fee for the extra time required. Please have the correct info & photo when you send it in to me. Feel free to take your time getting this together, but I do request that you have the correct info when you send it to me. Also, I do not make multiple proofs for choosing a photo to use. I want to keep my prices as low as possible and having to make multiple copies & revisions will drive my prices higher!!

•Please do not expect your item prior to the stated turn around time of up to 3 days. While we usually do not need the full time period, we do not guarantee anything faster unless you purchased the $17 rush order invite listing from our shop (24 hour turn around time). We stated the turn around time here & in our policy section so if you are short on time we would appreciate your understanding of our time frame or purchase the upgrade option for a shorter time.

•There are no changes to the design at this price point. If you would like any design changes (color change, clip art change, font change, etc), take a look at the FAQ section of our shop policy for pricing. Also, be sure to contact me about the changes & reserved listings before purchase. Sometimes my work load cannot handle these changes.

•Due to the nature of our items, there are no refunds…no exceptions. Once you order & pay, the item is yours. Please make sure that you double check that you are purchasing the design that you want.

•Remember, these are digital items…nothing physically ships to you! Please do not order and expect a box full of items to arrive. Your items will be sent via email only.

•You MUST read our policy section in full before purchase & the note from shop after purchase (scroll down on your invoice). Your purchase is your agreement to these policies…they are there to avoid any misunderstandings later so please read them. http://www.etsy.com/shop/BeeAndDaisy/policy

•We do not offer printing services at this time, but we may in the future. Our items are sent jpg only, but we may switch to PDF without notice.

•Buyer assumes all responsibility for printing the purchase products & for the photo that they submit. If a submitted photo is of poor quality, the photo portion of your invite may print blurry while the graphics are clear. Please be aware of this and submit a photo that is at least 3000 pixels wide, more if you plan to have the photo cropped. While I don’t need a HUGE file, I do need something big enough that it will fit into the space provided without being enlarged.

•I do not offer printing services and printing is not included in your purchase. Also, you may choose any printing service of your choice, but I am not responsible for the finished product. I cannot oversee the printing, and therefore you assume all responsibility when the finished file is sent. Once you have approved the proof, there are no revisions without fees. Also, if you choose a printer that requires a safe area or bleed area, there will be a $5 design fee if you require changes to the invite design. The invites are not designed to print with a safe area, therefore if you choose this method of printing, be aware that they may not print correctly. Monitor settings vary. We recommend printing at home for the closest color to what you see on your screen.

•You must add our email address to your contacts as our emails are being flagged as spam. You will receive an auto message from our email as soon as you pay, but check your note from shop (scroll down on invoice) for our email after you pay. If you fail to do so, you may not receive your items. We ask you to do this to save yourself the worry later! Also, please do not wait until the day before your party or after your party to ask about your items. If you failed to add us & the items didn't make it to you within the stated turn around time, the items were blocked by YOUR email. This is not our fault, so please remember to contact us ASAP if you do not notice your items after you add us to your contacts & check your spam folder.
