ADORABLE girls scarecrow tutu halter dress and floppy hat Halloween Costume.

Tutu dress is made of orange, yellow, taupe, brown and sage tule with yellow ribbon and raffia. Easy to slip into to with an elastic chest band. Wide satin ribbon to tie behind neck and a large orange flower in the center. easy to wear leggings underneath, even a t-shirt for cold weather.

The Floppy hat is made of an earthen color eco felt, full of patchwork and adorn with a cream color flower, tule, raffia and ribbon.

Please allow 4 days completion time, although some will be made and ready to ship. Specify age of child and length from armpit to floor.
