These "Under the Sea" mermaid cupcake toppers will add lots of sparkle to your next celebration! Made from layers of premium cardstock and embellished with glitter, pearls, tulle and ribbon. Each topper is attached to a 4" food safe stick. Toppers measure 2" to 3 1/2" tall (Not including stick).

**Please note that I no longer include pink rhinestones on seahorse or shell**
