Soft and delicate, perfect for your little one's next tea party! Hat includes soft floral pattern with doily and delicate florals. Trimmed with ruffled chiffon and accented with silk ribbons. Includes elastic band and ribbon ties.

No detail has been overlooked! All seams are finished with coordinating trimmings. The inside is just as beautiful and unique as the outside! Paper hats are made with designer papers and are double lined with sturdy cardstock.
