Super cute must have item at a fun and whimsical circus party or 4th of July get together! These were made for a circus party but it also matches the Cat in The Hat "Thing 1, Thing 2" theme. Balls are full of ribbon, love and no bald spots anywhere! Each ribbon loop is also secured with glue to prevent from coming apart. All items come from a smoke-free location.
