1. Letters are cAsE SEnSitiVE and we are not responsible for typos. Please review your text carefully. We will personalize the letters exactly how you present them.

2. For 3 Letter Style, only three letters are allowed. Initials should be typed like this ~ first, LAST, middle ~ Example: Macy Grace Smith should be entered as MSG. For the Female style, the middle letter is larger. For the Male style, all letters are in CAPS.

3. For Text/Name Style, 12 character limit (including spaces) on personalization.

4. Trademarks, copyrighted language, or personalization deemed inappropriate will not be produced.

5. All sales are final on personalized items.

{PRODUCTION TIME}
Each of our products is carefully made to order. Production time is about 3 business days but can vary based on the season and volume of orders. If you need a product by a specific date and are short on time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

{SHIPPING}
Shipping is FREE and is provided via USPS Flat Rate (3-5 business day delivery). You will receive a shipping notification once your package has been shipped.

Please make sure that your address is correct PRIOR to ordering as we cannot change it once your package has shipped. Please note that we cannot be responsible for USPS shipping delays, lost packages or stolen packages. However, if you have an issue, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help.

{RETURNS & EXCHANGES}
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in every product we sell. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we will gladly accept returns on any non-personalized items. All sales are final on personalized and seasonal items.

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them and let us know immediately if there is an issue. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit. Returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging with tags.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days from the receipt of merchandise.
