If you wish to get a skinny elastic attached to it, I can do it- sizing will be as follows:

3-6 MONTHS- 15"
6-12 MONTHS- 16"
Toddler+- 17"
If you need a different size, specify in the notes at checkout.
I just tie the skinny elastic so you can modify as needed, or take off if you don't need the elastic anymore!
