New for Summer is this sweet and swirled up party hat just like your favorite fruity sorbet! I have used summer fresh colors of orange dreamsicle, lemony yellow, hot pink and a soft and sweet pink! This is all on a thick white glitter background surrounded by oodles of my handmade fringe! You can have this cupcake how you wish as I have tons of colors available so if you need this to match an outfit or photoshoot just convo me for a custom hat.
