The ONE word banner shown is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags.
We used green a d chartreuse card stock for the back layers and for the top layers and we did the letters with white and added the shamrocks at each end. We strung it with white ribbon. Fits great on a high chair. It measures about 17 inches as displayed.

For the 12 month photo banner we used 3 3/4 inch green and chartreuse double layered card stock shamrocks and white numbers. We strung the hearts with white ribbon and you'll have plenty of ribbon to spread out the numbers to fit your photos. You will simply use everyday tape to affix your photos to the panels. You'll be able to put them in either landscape or portrait style too
