This kit includes both standard and premium “double stuffed” balloons (1 balloon inside another to create a custom colour/design). A handheld pump IS REQUIRED to blow up these double stuffed balloons; you can not blow them up by mouth. 5" balloons are also very difficult to blow up by mouth; a handheld or electric balloon pump is HIGHLY recommended.
