This cute banner is made on 4x4 inch pieces of chipboard. I hand stamped the lettering in medium pink acrylic paint. I stamped the the polka dots with bright yellow acrylic paint. You can get whatever color you want for your banner! I permanently attached the card stock suns with 2 shades of yellow. I strung it with bright yellow ribbons with medium pink and aqua bows. You can get this done in whatever color combo that you need.
