So sunny and bright for your little sunshine girl! Yellow chevron cardstock hat is trimmed with a coordinating grey cardstock, yellow ric rac and soft ruffled organza ribbon on the base. Hat seam is lined with ric rac along the back as well. Hat is topped with an adorable layered silver and yellow bow with boa pom. A sparkly silver and light yellow layered number one (or number of your choice) is personalized with an attached coordinating jeweled balloon and string. Balloon can read "Birthday Girl", "Sunshine Girl" or you can add your child's name. A jeweled layered sunshine completes the theme on the base.
