Here is how it works:

1. Select the printable party décor collection and purchase. Pay via paypal or credit card.

2. You will receive an email from crafthub.com with a link to access your order within a few moments of purchase. This will be sent to your etsy email address, so if this is not correct, you will need to update it before you checkout or check that email address instead. You can also download the printables by going to http://etsy.crafthub.me/orders. Just enter your email address and etsy order transaction number to download the printables. Please remember that you cannot download to more than one computer and the link expires 7 days from purchase. I am able to view if and when the printables have been downloaded.

3. Add a few crafting supplies like glue, scissors, hole punch, 2” circle or scallop punch, ribbon, etc as needed and create the perfect party! It’s simple and easy to do.

4. Only customers purchasing our decor collection(s) can access the files. Crafthub will only give access to the exact files purchased. Invitation only order numbers cannot access any files through crafthub and I will be notified with each attempl & your email address will be visable. •There are no changes to the design at this price point. If you would like any design changes (color change, clip art change, font change, etc), take a look at the FAQ section of our shop policy for pricing. Also, be sure to contact me about the changes & reserved listings before purchase. Sometimes my work load cannot handle any extra change requests.

•Due to the nature of our items, there are no refunds…no exceptions! Once you order & pay, the item is yours. This is stated several times, so this is not a new policy.

•These are digital items…nothing physically ships to you! Please do not order and expect a box full of items to arrive. Your items will be sent via email only unless you purchased the add on upgrade of invitation printing.

•You will need software to unzip the files. You can find suggestions for free trial software on our policy page. Also, our items are JPG or PDF files. No choice is given unless stated. For PDF files, you will need Acrobat Reader. You can find out where to get this free software on our policy page as well. We will be converting to PDF only for printable décor over the next few months. Please be aware of this.

•You MUST read our policy section in full before purchase. Please contact us as soon as the stated turn around time is up if you have not received your items...we ask that you don't wait so that we can be sure that you receive your order!! Otherwise we assume that it made it to you. Remember, you can easily access your printable décor at http://etsy.crafthub.me/orders by entering your etsy email address and your etsy order transaction number. Even if the email containing the link is blocked, you still have instant access to your order!
