READY TO WEAR (PRE-MADE): These are perfect for the Starter Etsy Shop or Shop-on-a-budget. Pre-made collections are made and sold as-is. These templates are sold an unlimited number of times.

LIMITED EDITION: Our Limited Edition shops are only sold a certain number of times. When they are gone - they are gone for good. You can rest assured that you are one of the lucky few that have your particular design.

ONE OF A KIND (OOK): One of a Kind Etsy Shop Sets or Logo Designs are for established shops or shops that are wanting to be completely unique. We sell one and one only. When it's gone, it will not be relisted or resold.

CUSTOM COUTURE DESIGN: If you have any idea for your shop or brand and want something just for your business then Custom COUTURE Design is for you! Custom Designs are lovingly made according to your specifications. We work together to build a unique brand for your shop!

AVAILABILITY/TURN AROUND TIME:
We do not simply "insert your name" into a template. We take you, your shop and your image into consideration when designing something for you. Therefore, we can not guarantee exact time frames. Our average turn around time is about 5-7 days once all information is received. Please check our SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT page for accurate lead times and waitlist availability.

SHIPPING:
The majority of our items are digital/printable files only. Therefore no item will be shipped. Your item will be marked shipped once an email with your final file(s) are approved & sent.

PROOF PROCESS:
Prior to sending your high resolution files to your Etsy specified email address, we will send you a digital proof for approval. With your purchase we include 2 complimentary rounds of revisions after your initial proof. Should you require additional changes, an additional charge of $25 per proof will be assessed.

FOR PRE-MADE & LIMITED EDITION TEMPLATES:
These templates are ready for your information to be entered in. These are perfect for brand new shops & shops-on-a-budget. Therefore, we are not able to make any design element changes including fonts and/or colors.

PRINTING: YES! We offer printing services. Most of our off-etsy clients choose to have their business cards, flyers, brochures, hang tags, product packaging, thank you notes, post cards, etc. printed with Diva Gone Domestic Printing to help preserve the integrity and quality of their business branding materials.
