1. When you check out, please specify the following in the "note to seller" box:

* any special requests (color or font changes)
2. After you checkout, I will send you an etsy message in approximately 1-2 business days with your proofs. We can tweak those proofs until they are perfect for you. I never charge extra for proofs or tweaks.
3. After you approve your proof, your product will ship within approximately 3 business days. We always send a tracking number after your order ships.
