MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED:

Printer (or upload and print at any local copy center)
Photo Paper or Bright White Cardstock
Hot Glue
Lollipop Sticks or White Coffee Stirrer Straws
Ribbon (optional for favor tags, banner and signs)
Scissors OR
2" Scallop Circle Punch
2" Circle Punch
2 1/2 in Circle Punch
(circle punches are optional but does make cutting circles EASY!)

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
