Semi-DIY Tissue Tassel Garland

* Available in a set of 5 tassels: 2 white, 2 yellow, and 1 gray

* Each tassel is 6 inches wide by 12 inches long

* Tassels are already cut into strips. Simply remove from the packet, open carefully so as not to tear the tissue, separate the tissues, and then fold the tassels.

* Clear and easy to follow instructions, along with photos, will be included. Glue dots included also. Estimate about 3-4 minutes per tassel.

* 6 foot white narrow ribbon included to hang tassels from.

* Colors of tissues in packet cannot be changed. If you need a large amount of tassels, customization of colors may be accommodated if there is sufficient time for production.

* Use tassels as balloon tail, or as a wall garland, or put on a fence, by a table or buffet, or on a door.

* If using as a balloon tail, drape ribbon through each tassel loop and knot to keep it in place.
