Light Blue blue letters cut from card stock and permanently attached on the squares. turtles have been cut from gray card stock - I have strung this banner on a gray ribbon and with light blue bows - (all in your color choices, letters, turtles and ribbon)-

turtles measure 3.75 inches across circles measure 2 inches and 1.50 inches.

Just like the rest of my banners, this one is made by using 4x4 inch chipboard (light-weight enough to hang
with only scotch tape, yet durable enough for long term/ repeated use year after year)-

*note*. even though we sell many of the same phrased banners... no 2 banners are ever the same due to the hand stamping process. As you can see from the close up photos, the little flaws caused by this process gives your banner its one of a kind appearance.. making every banner special and unique.

All banners are shipped within the US via USPS First-class mail. The delivery time for First-class mail is usually 2 to 5 days. International orders are shipped USPS first class International mail. The delivery time for International is 2-4 weeks depending on location. I can not guarantee this. This is simply what I have observed. Just to be sure, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on international orders.
