You have two hat options: Blue and white polka dot pattern cardstock borders green cardstock trim with white and blue ric rac trim or light blue dot with blue cardstock and white and blue ric rac trim. Fluffy white feather trim tops the hat for a cute look. A coordinating layered green cardstock "1" (or number of your choice) with personalized coordinating balloon adds a special touch. Little turtle on trim completes your theme. Adjustable elastic strap will hold hat comfortably in place on your handsome little guy!

Hat is double lined for durability. Hats are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with tracking information.
