Flavoring oils are concentrated flavorings for use in cupcakes, cookies, cake-pops, cakes, chocolates, candy, cookies, frosting and lollipops. These oils are 3 to 4 times stronger than extracts -- when using flavoring oil, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for each teaspoon of extract. If you'd like just a hint of flavor, add flavor by the drop until you get the desired intensity.
