The crown was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The crown is trimmed with handmade tissue paper fringe. The toppers were die cut and covered with glitter and a rhinestone. The number was die cut and covered with glitter. Satin ribbon keeps it on the birthday boy or girls head.

Can come in polka dots, chevron, or stripes, with white or grey trim.

Size of the crown is approx. 4.5" diameter and 3" high.
