You can choose to get the TWO banner only or the ribbon skirt only or both!
This ribbon skirt is made with different widths and textures of red, and pink ribbons and tulle and a printed red heart ribbon . They all vary in width and textures to create this beautiful look. Each ribbon is about 12 inches in length. Then you choose the TOTAL length of the entire banner upon check out. ( The sample banner is 3 feet in width from side to side with excess ribbon at each end for hanging ). You can choose 24 inches or 36 inches. The TWO banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. The back layer is made with red card stock and the top layer is done with light pink. We used red for the letters and red and light pink for the double layered hearts at each end. It's strung separately from the high chair skirt with matching ribbons. The TWO banner in the photo measures just under 18 inches.
